Leadership at Dreamers Academy

At Dreamers Academy, we believe every scholar has the potential to lead. Our leadership opportunities are designed to build confidence, responsibility, service, and character at every grade level. Through these programs, scholars develop the skills needed to make a positive impact within our school and beyond.

Leadership Summit

The Leadership Summit brings together selected scholars who demonstrate strong character, initiative, and a commitment to growth. Participants engage in leadership development experiences, collaborate on school-based initiatives, and strengthen their voice as role models within the Dreamers Academy community.

Kiwanis Club – 3rd Grade

Our 3rd grade scholars are introduced to leadership through the Kiwanis Club, where they learn the importance of service and kindness. Students participate in age-appropriate service projects and activities that promote teamwork, empathy, and giving back to their school and community.

Safety Patrol – 4th & 5th Grades

Safety Patrol members serve as leaders by helping maintain a safe and orderly environment across campus. These scholars model responsibility and respect while assisting peers and staff during arrival, dismissal, and transitions throughout the school day.Members assist during school events and help create a positive, respectful, and welcoming school environment while leading by example.

Ambassadors – 6th & 7th Grades

Dreamers Academy Ambassadors represent the heart of our school culture. These scholars welcome visitors, support school events, and serve as positive representatives of our community. They develop communication and leadership skills while exemplifying professionalism and pride in their school.Ambassadors participate in community service projects that help students understand they are part of a bigger community and that leadership includes giving back and helping others. Students also participate in activities that promote college and career readiness. We believe preparing for the future starts in middle school, so scholars learn about goal setting, money management, teamwork, professionalism, communication skills, and the importance of education.
